Leonor Coelho is a graphic and brand designer from Madeira Island, Portugal, whose work sits at the intersection of digital design and outdoor lifestyle culture. With a background spanning between Madeira, Lisbon, the north of Sweden and Austrian Alps - Leonor’s approach to design has been shaped as much by her environment as by her education.

It was in Sweden that she first discovered skiing - a moment that would go on to influence both her personal life and professional path. Since then, she has spent four winter seasons in Austria, developing a strong connection to mountain culture, movement, and the visual language surrounding action sports.

Her professional journey reflects this intersection. From early experience in digital design at SMAL.de in Munich, to her role within the e-commerce team at POC Sports in Salzburg, Leonor has consistently worked across platforms where brand, performance, and lifestyle meet. At POC Sports, she shaped visual direction across social media, e-commerce, and CRM, translating brand identity into cohesive digital experiences. She later joined KISKA Design Performance Marketing team, where she further explored the balance between storytelling and impact, creating social media campaigns for KTM, Gasgas, Husqvarna, that connect emotionally while delivering measurable results.
